Precision Digital Manometer
A high-resolution, ultra-low differential pressure sensor for measuring tiny air movements and HVAC performance.

Key Features
Sub-Pascal Resolution
Using the ELVH-F50D digital sensor, the system resolves tiny pressure differentials down to ±0.5 inH₂O with extreme precision.
Redundant Data Logging
Features simultaneous cloud-based telemetry via ESP32 WiFi and local high-frequency logging to a micro SD card.
Building Diagnostics
Ideal for HVAC performance analysis, identifying air leaks across building envelopes, and low-velocity airflow measurement.
About the Project
Think of it as a "microscope for air pressure"—sensitive enough to see drafts, filter clogging, duct losses, and even slow wind speeds that normal pressure sensors can’t detect. Built around the ELVH-F50D digital differential pressure sensor, this instrument resolves sub-Pascal pressure changes, enabling precise measurement of HVAC pressure drops, building envelope leakage, and room pressurization. The system is powered by an ESP32 microcontroller, providing seamless cloud-based data logging, while an integrated Adafruit Adalogger ensures redundant local storage on a micro SD drive. Whether pinpointing air movement across walls or serving as an extremely accurate slow-speed anemometer via a pitot tube, this manometer is a versatile tool for building science and system diagnostics.
